Welcome to The Grind.
The sport of wrestling is the oldest Olympic sport, dating to the first Ancient Greek Olympics in 776BC. The Grind Wrestling Club teaches the sport of wrestling to young athletes from age five through high school. In addition to teaching proper wrestling, strength, and conditioning technique, we teach important life skills. We instill work ethic, discipline, and character that our athletes carry with them throughout their lives.
Our Program
At the Grind, we train the young athlete's mind and body. Our wrestling programs range from entry-level to advanced. Our programs focus on wrestling technique, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Our Philosophy
Our goal is to build champions - on and off the wrestling mat. We prepare our athletes for competition through rigorous physical and mental training. We expect our athletes to achieve great success in wrestling and in life.

Our Facility
While many wrestling programs simply have a wrestling room, the Grind facility also includes modern fitness and weight training equipment. The most successful wrestlers do not prepare for competition through wrestling alone.
